Terms of Service

KROOZ provides software that lets you sell paid subscriptions to your own Telegram channels and groups through a bot you control. You bring your own bot token and your own payment-provider credentials.

KROOZ is a tool. You are the merchant of record for every transaction with your subscribers. You are responsible for the content you sell, the claims you make, and compliance with the laws that apply to you.

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for your team members' actions.

You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction, and you may not use KROOZ if you are barred from doing so under applicable law.

KROOZ charges a flat monthly platform fee for your plan tier, plus the per-plan percentage shown on the pricing page. We do not take a percentage of Telegram Stars revenue — Stars settle directly to your bot's balance via Telegram.

Your subscribers' funds flow through your own connected payment providers (Stripe, CoinPayments, Tap) or Telegram. KROOZ does not hold, transmit, or take custody of those funds.

Platform fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as described in the Refund Policy.

Your use of KROOZ is subject to the Acceptable Use Policy. Prohibited content and conduct may result in immediate suspension.

We work to keep KROOZ available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practical.

We may update these terms; material changes will be communicated. Continued use after changes means you accept them.

You may stop using KROOZ at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy.

KROOZ is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, KROOZ is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or revenue.
