1. Platform fees
KROOZ platform-tier fees are billed in advance. If you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the paid period; we don't pro-rate partial months unless required by law.
If you were charged in error or experienced a sustained service failure, contact us — we review these case by case.
2. Your subscribers' payments
Because subscribers pay you directly through your own connected providers (or Telegram Stars), refunds to them are issued by you, through that provider. KROOZ provides the tooling to record and reconcile refunds but does not hold the funds.
Telegram Stars refunds follow Telegram's own rules and windows.
